Saga’s terms & conditions of service will be updated continuously, so please be aware of changes before using our services.
We want your shopping experience to be relaxing and convenient.
Therefore, we have collected all the information you need, when you shop at sagaswim.com.
We recommend that you read it carefully, before buying swimwear in our web shop.
Should you have any questions or concerns please fill free to contact us.
When preordering an item, the estimated delivery date is stated on the product page. However there can be delays, but we do everything within our power to deliver on time.
We will not withdraw the sum on your card for your preorder, before your purchase has been sent.
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail, shortly after you have submitted your order, and a delivery confirmation, when the order is shipped.

Prices do not include delivery charges.
All prices are specified in EURO. It's only possible to pay in Euro (EUR), no matter location.
All our prices are inclusive VAT.
Price changes can occur.
Prices and offers only apply when they are shown.
If prices are changed, it cannot be demanded that they return to the original prices.
We reserve the rights for typographical errors in text descriptions, changes in prices, sold out items and delayed deliveries.
You can pay with Visa/Visa Dankort, MasterCard, or through Mobile Pay.
We use secure payment via ePay/Payment Solutions; thus, all communication goes through an encrypted web connection.
Therefore, our online shopping is secure.
When you pay for your goods, the sum will not be withdrawn on your card, until your goods have been sent.
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail, shortly after you have submitted your order.
All goods are sent with the Danish delivery service PostNord, and we automatically calculate shipping costs for you.
Free shipping on orders over 80 EUR for some destinations. Check out our shipping and return policy for more information and a specific shipping cost overview.
Orders are sent within 1-2 weekdays, unless it is indicated that the product has a longer delivery time or your are making a preorder. Typical delivery time for addresses in Denmark is 1-2 weekdays from the goods are sent. If you do not receive the ordered goods within usual delivery time, we would like to hear from you, so we can search for your package.
We accept your returns within the first 14 days from the day you receive your package.
You will not be charged any extra fees if you want to make a refund.
Please use our online return portal if you wish to return your purchase.
After receiving your request, we will send a return label if requested.
When using our return label there will be deducted 5€ in shipping cost from your refund.
You only need to print it and put it on the package, before you return it to your nearest PostNord parcel shop.
Please note that if you choose to send it other ways, we don't accept drop point delivery. Mail the product(s) to our headquarters at Sandtoften 25-27, 2820 Gentofte, Denmark.
Customers are responsible for any lost parcel when returning products to Saga.
We have chosen not to pre-print a label to cut down the amount of used paper. When you use the pre-written return label, the return is free of charge.
The purchase price is credited to your account within 14 days.
Saga will control all goods before dispatch.
Should there be errors in your delivery from Saga, please contact us as quickly as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will naturally exchange your product.
Please, return the goods in the same condition, as you received them. The hygiene protection must stay on the bottoms when returning.
The product must not have gained damage from being used or have any other damage that will hinder the product from being seen as new.
Do you wish to exchange a product to a new size?
Please use our return portal to create your free exchange. We will send the new goods, as soon as we have received your package.
We always aim to uphold a correct and updated stock. Should a product unexpectedly be sold out, we reserve the right to reject your order. If rejecting your order, we will take contact to you through email and of course release your money.
Products purchased on sagaswim.com are coved by a 2-year warranty. If your claims are accepted, we will offer you a replacement with free shipping.

The European Commission's online complaints portal can also be used to lodge a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Choice of law and jurisdiction
These Terms & conditions are governed by Danish law, and any dispute can be brought at Retten I Lyngby.
We really hope to resolve any dispute together with you before using beginning a litigation, please contact us, so we can find an agreement.
