We accept your returns within the first 14 days from the day you receive your package.
You will not be charged any extra fees if you want to make a refund.
After receiving your request, we will send a return label if requested.
When using our return label there will be deducted 5€ in shipping cost from your refund.
Where should I send the return package to?
You only need to print it and put it on the package, before you return it to your nearest PostNord parcel shop.
Please note that if you choose to send it other ways, we don't accept drop point delivery. Mail the product(s) to our headquarters at Sandtoften 25-27, 2820 Gentofte, Denmark.
Customers are responsible for any lost parcel when returning products to Saga.
Why isn't the return label pre-printed?
We have chosen not to pre-print a label to cut down the amount of used paper. The pre-written return label cost 5€.
The purchase price is credited to your account within 14 days.
Saga will control all goods before dispatch.
What if the order I received isn't correct?
Should there be errors in your delivery from Saga, please contact us as quickly as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will naturally exchange your product.
Please, return the goods in the same condition, as you received them. The hygiene protection must stay on the bottoms when returning.
The product must not have gained damage from being used or have any other damage that will hinder the product from being seen as new.
Can I exchange the product to a new size?
Yes, if you use our return portal, you can create an exchange directly on our website, and its free of charge.
We will send the new sizes, as soon as we have received your package.
