When will my order ship?
We always aim to pack your order and ship it within 1-2 weekdays days.
Where do you ship?
Almost everywhere. If there isn’t a delivery option to ship to your address when ordering, please contact us, and we will try to figure out a solution.
What are your shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on order over 80€ to some countries. Please check the overview in our shipping & return policy to find the specific price for your destination.
What does pre-order mean?
It means that the style isn’t in stock yet, but it’s on the way. We won’t withdraw the sum on your card before we sent your order. Make sure you don’t miss out on a style with a pre-order.
Can I make any changes to my order after I’ve placed it?
Yes and no. We will always do whatever we can to help you out, so please contact us if you have any questions, and we will do our best to help you. If you already have received a shipping confirmation, we most likely can’t change anything in the order because the package is already on the way to you.
How can I make a return?
We kindly ask you to use our return portal that you can find in the bottom. If you want a return label, you can mark it in the return form, and we will send it to you.
We only accept a return if the hygiene liners are attached and there is no damage to the items. Read more about the terms in our shipping & return policy.
Can I exchange my order for a different size?
Yes, you can! Use the return portal to generate the exchange. It's free to make an exchange. When we have received the pieces you want to exchange, we will send the new size to you. Please follow the same guidelines concerning a return.
When do I receive my new order/exchange?
When we receive your return package, we will send you the new order/exchange within 1-2 weekdays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when the package is on the way.
Where do I send the return package?
If you want a return label, please use our return portal, that you find the footer, it's called "create a return". The return label will then be send directly to your email.
If you want to use another courier, you must send the package directly to our headquarters: Sandtoften 25-27, 2820 Gentofte, Denmark.
We only accept return shipments delivered directly.
How do I find my size?
Please see our size guide, and then use the measurements to determine your size.
Are the sizes true to size?
Yes, but the bottoms aren’t full coverage, so we recommend going up a size if you want more coverage or a softer fit.
Do the different colors fit the same?
Yes. The only thing different is the feel and texture of the fabrics.
How do I wash my swimwear the first time?
Wash with similar colors or alone the first time because there can be some residual color under the first wash.
Will the color fade in the sun?
No, not by sunbathing or wearing it in the sun. But if you leave it out in the sun for weeks, we can’t guarantee that the sun can do some damage, as it would do on any fabrics left in the sun for that long.
How do I store my bikini or one piece?
After a swim, we recommend rinsing it with clean water and then press it dry. You can store your swimwear in the cotton bag that you received with your order.
